This could be for more reasons!

1./ According to our newsletter sender system statistics the vast majority of the so-called ‘unopened mails’ are not permitted in the spam filter of our users mailboxes. Because of that it is not delivered to the map of incoming messages. This problem is usually caused by the free mailing systems (gmail, yahoo, etc.)

Solution: The e-mail addresses info@ush.eu and the *@ush.eu should be permitted in the spam filter.

2. / if the delivery fails three times to an e-mail address used by a member (for example the e-mail address was deleted), then the system won’t send any e-mail because of security reasons.

Solution: You should control the given communications e-mail address and you should ask the support team to give permission for resending. In order to do this, you should give them because of security reasons your profile data and correct communications e-mail address.
