In case of change in address
In case of change in address, the Support requires you to send in the following documents on this platform in order to be able to submit a request to correct the data in question.
- Copy of the ID card or Passport.
- Copy of the address card which certifies the new address, or a copy of a utility bill - not older than 30 days from its certification - which is issued in the same name and address as it was provided as the new address. The latter may be water, electricity, gas or landline bill.
