Answering the ticket reply

After reading a reply to your ticket and you would like to continue the conversation, please use the same interface by choosing the reply option instead of submitting a new ticket!

Please respond choosing the reply button to the messages, so is the subject more transparent and we can follow the whole process, we see the ticket history.

Otherwise will be quite hard to remember all problems, usernames, etc...
